How Do I Reserve My Booth?

 

Booking is easy! Contact us to make sure your date is available. We’ll make sure you have the right package for your event.

 

What types of events do you do?

 

We provide rentals for any event type or occasion: birthday parties ,weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, prom, New Year’s, gradutions, and corporate events. You name it!

 

Do You Travel?

 

Yes! We are based in Madison, WI but travel anywhere! Our booths are travel friendly and we love road trips. Travel fees may apply. 

 

Do You Drop Off the Booth?

 

Our booths require an attendant on-site during your event. This will make sure your event runs smoothly and you get the best possible experience.

 

Are Setup and Teardown included?

 

Yes! We make arrangements at every event to arrive at least one hour before your rental start time to be set up and ready to go without disturbing your guests programming. Extended set-up lead times may be subject to minor price increases. Tear-down begins upon the immediate completion of your rental.

 

Are backdrop & props included?

 

Backdrops are included with the booth rental. 

 

Props are not included but may be added to any package.

 

Do I Choose My Overlay Template?

 

Yes! We’ll make recommendations based on your event description and aesthetic, send you samples to choose from, and work with you to make sure everything is just the way you want it. Our templates can accomodate up to four images and are fully customizable.

 

What is included in my Gallery?

 

Your gallery will contain all images and/or videos taken throughout your event and will be delivered to you following your event so you can download and share them. The gallery is private by default. Your gallery also contains your overlays as well as individual “clean” images without any branding on them.

 

How do guests recieve their images?

 

By default, Guests can text, airdrop, scan a QR code, or email their image right after taking it. Prints can also be added for a tangible experience and is a great option for guests who may not be as tech-savvy. Prints are available.

 

How much space is required?

 

Our booths need a minimum of 7 feet of depth off of a wall and 8 feet wide. 8’x9′ is recommended
